Audrey’s is a semi detached 2 bedroom property which is furnished to a very high standard and sleeps four people plus baby. There is plenty of space and room for you to relax and enjoy your stay with us.

Our living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day, with two comfy sofas and a smart TV. But perhaps the best feature of the room is the spectacular view out the sliding doors, overlooking the stunning Scottish Borders Countryside. Our second bedroom features a Super king-size bed or twin beds with built-in wardrobes and a dressing table for your convenience. Our facility is designed to meet your every need, with cozy bedrooms, modern amenities, and a serene atmosphere that will leave you feeling refreshed. The bathroom features a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a mirrored cabinet for your convenience, a functional sink, and a toilet. 

Dining Area

At Audrey's, we understand the importance of a fully equipped kitchen when it comes to self-catering holiday accommodations. That’s why our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, from an electric oven and induction hob to two fridge freezers and a dishwasher. Our kitchen seats six people comfortably, so you can have a cozy family dinner or host a dinner party with friends.

Outside

The private driveway can comfortably accommodate two vehicles, and our secure gardens provide arguably the best views in the area. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our comfortable and well-appointed property is perfect for families or small groups.

Our garage is at your disposal to use as extra storage, we also offer the use of a washing machine and fridge-freezer overflow.
