About Us
Audrey’s is a family ran self catering property in the heart of the Scottish Borders. After self catering in Scotland for over twenty years, we wanted to recreate the best of the properties we have stayed in. We aim to provide a warm, welcome home for you to share.
We are proud of Audrey’s, and have kitted out the house with all the things we would need on a holiday. Audrey’s is a real home from home, with spectacular views and modern touches. The property is ideal for families and is dog friendly.

The Area
Audrey’s is situated in a quiet residential area in Kirk Yetholm, tucked into a secluded corner.
Kirk Yetholm is a beautiful settlement famous for being home of the Scottish gypsies kings and queens. The St Cuthberts way passes through the village and the Penine Way ends here.
Kirk Yetholm is connected to Town Yetholm by a beautiful river walk. The village boasts two pubs, a butcher, a shop, post office and a garage and caravan park.
